Options to integrate our Zendesk with customer's ServiceNow application

Hello,

 

Is it possible to integrate our Zendesk with customer's ServiceNow application - any out of the box solution available?

 

Purpose : 

The customer can create and view status of tickets in our Zendesk via their ServiceNow
All SLA measures in the master agreement can be measures here
Can change the priority of tickets from medium to Critical

Can someone pls help and guide?
