500 Error

Hi everyone,
I've been working with the API to pull daily reports, and after spending most of yesterday getting everything to work smoothly, I was able to successfully pull a report. However, today, when running the same script, I keep encountering the following error:
"Internal Server Error (500): {"success"
,"message":"User with ID: '//myuserID//' not found."}
I've tried running the script every few hours, but the issue persists. I'm certain the user ID exists, as it was working perfectly yesterday.
Is there a way to check the current status of the API, or does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this error? Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for reaching out, and apologies for the delayed response. Is this issue still happening?
I just tested both API endpoints on my end, and everything seems to be working properly. Could you have someone else on your team test the connection to help us troubleshoot the user ID issue from their end?
In the meantime, I will reach out to my team to check the logs. I'll update you once I have more information.
