Zendesk GENAI Conversational bot generates responses form limited data source

The chat bot isn't informed about the world outside the helpcenter. It can't answer a commo question, or, for example, define what an API is. and other generic queries.The data source should be extended to outer world along with the helpcenter.

Personally, I wouldn't want it looking at the entire internet, but would love to be able to point it at specific websites who's information we trust.

If the chatbot also uses outside sources we would need the ability to disable that please as we would be at risk of unapproved or inappropriate answers being generated
