Agent Workspace Breaks Live Chat

After switching to ‘Agent Workspace’ now all my live chat features have switched to ‘Messaging’ and ‘Messaging’ is broken and not presenting a chat option when a visitor comes. Only my ‘Contact Us’ form pops up for them to submit a ticket.

 

Way to drop the ball…

Alright; after waiting ~30 minutes - now the chat bubble pops up. But any inquiries sent to it aren't displaying on the agent side, which is arguably even worse!
