Delivery error - Expand ticket keywords

Hi @all,

the ticket mentions the status code of the delivery error. Unfortunately, it is only "visual" and not included as a value in the ticket.
Expanding the ticket tag "system_email_notification_failure" to include the status code, such as "system_email_notification_failure_550," would be extremely helpful for further processing, distribution, and analysis of the delivery errors, both for administrators and the agents themselves.

Please invest more energy in improving the representation of delivery errors. The whole topic of "delivery errors" is a "big deal" when it comes to customer satisfaction and customer retention!
