Need Zendesk API solution to fetch changes events such as status on particular ticket we also need to track change timestamp
We want to pull tickets status change history via specifying ticket_id in an API.
We have looked at available zendesk apis related to Ticket Audits, etc. These does not meet our requirements. As we need to also track timestamp when the changes happened on ticket.
Or is there simified way we can solve our requirement.

Hi Gulzar,
A ticket audit is created for ticket events when the events occur. So the created_at date for the audit where the status change event is included is the time that the status change happened.
