Using ticket event log user IP Address within an email trigger

    Hi Ko,
    There is not currently an option to present that data with placeholders, though if that is something you would like to see in the future I always recommend interacting with our Community Feedback. Our development teams use that to help gauge priority and identify future development opportunities. 
    As of the moment, these are the list of placeholders that are currently available.
