Zendesk Answerbot doesn't list Help Center topics.
Publicado 21 jul 2023
How can I integrate Zendesk Support into an iOS app so that the support system lists the Help Center topics before creating a new ticket on the server? Currently, every conversation is immediately creating a ticket for the query, but I want to display the Help Center topics first. How can I achieve this?
I have copied the implementation from the link you provided (https://developer.zendesk.com/documentation/classic-web-widget-sdks/unified-sdk/ios/getting-started/#add-the-unified-sdk-dependencies), but it doesn't seem to be working correctly.

There's a few different possibilities for why you're seeing this message - admin configuration being one of them. Here's another thread with a similar issue; take a look and see if any of these apply to you:

Hi Tipene,
This is not working. We are able to enable article recommendations on the web widget but not in the mobile app SDK. The issue is that the answer bot is starting with a reply: "Uh-oh, something's up. I can't answer the questions right now." Without changing any code from the app's side, I have connected the app to newly created demo account credentials, and that works perfectly. This seems like a configuration issue on the admin side, not on the mobile end. Isn't it?
