Markup on Parked Deal

We're getting an error message when we try to markup the price on a SKU that is in a parked deal. It's only happening with one SKU, all the others will let us mark them up. I've compared them side by side in the catalog and the only difference is the SKU and pricing. 

The error message reads: Value of this product can not be higher than$428.35

we are trying to mark it up to $480. How do we fix this so that we don't have to rekey hundreds of orders that are parked and waiting to be released?

Hello Donna!

When creating Products, a Maximum is usually set for the product. Perhaps for that product the increase would go over the maximum!

Take a look at this article for more info on Product setup:

Review the Products Max and see if this Markup would go over that. Let me know if you have any further questions!
