Please implement a way to automatically create tickets on a time period

It would be helpful to have a way to have the system setup automatic tickets created on a weekly, monthly, quarterly (etc) basis.

We have maintenance operations that we run on our printers on a monthly basis, and I would like to create automatic tickets on the 1st of the month to my techs to perform these maintenance operations.
