I upload image to the Zendesk using /api/v2/uploads and get the response image url, content_url, which I use it in the ticket comment with this format !(content_url). The image able to display in the ticket comment properly as inline image. However, today I check that ticket comment again but this time the image unable to display. I copy the that image url and call it in the browser which it return the below screen.
How can I track this issue, please suggest me.
