Actually I think I found  the answer in this article - Which time zone does Zendesk Explore use?

So confusing with all these timezone settings

Does this also apply to the Zendesk EXPLORE Chat reporting? Or is Explore Chat reporting in GMT regardless of the timezone in the Chat Dashboard setting?
