Include custom fields in Organization and Requester Zendesk Support search

Feature Request Summary: 

Include data from custom fields for Organization and Customer searches in Zendsek Support search.

Description/Use Cases: 

We have several custom fields that contain valuable data for the agent. Currently, when using Customer or Organization search and using terms that would be found in these fields, no results appear in Zendesk Support. 

Business impact of limitation or missing feature:

This is critical for our business to allow agents to quickly search for and find organizations and customers.
