Creating a Ticket in Support from the Sell app

Hello, 

I used the Sell app to create a ticket in support. This feature is completely pointless as it does not allow me to assign any groups or agents, set a status, and basically do nothing but create a new ticket. Then I need to go to support to edit what I mentioned above. 

Please update this feature.
