It would be great if the chat widget opened automatically on the page, as well as, if you could control the size.

Hi Jacob,
You can open the widget automatically using the Javascript API: https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/widget/api/#zeactivate
The Web Widget only supports one size and have no immediate plans to offer multiple or adjustable sizes in the immediate future.
