About wildcard(*) for blocklist
Using the allowlist and blocklist to control access to Zendesk Support
Although, in Zendesk Help article above, it says "You can allow specific domains access to your Zendesk by adding the domain in the allowlist and suspend all users with a different email domain by adding a wildcard (*) in the blocklist.", we are aware that this setting applies only for the tickets created via mails.
It would be great if it applies for tickets created via Web form too.
Please kindly consider this matter.
Thanks for your feedback on this. Previously a comment was left in this thread implying this had been changed, but based on our most recent investigation, that is not the case. A wildcard entry still only applies to tickets created via the email channel. We do intend to review this functionality, but have not yet made any commitments. Thank you so much!
