Side conversation indicator in a view

I would like to request a feature regarding some form of indicator in a view that a ticket has a side conversation. simply just something like a column option that has a yes/no function to if there is a side conversation in a ticket.

This is something we have ideas for. Out of curiosity, what is it you're looking for in your workflow by seeing a yes/no for side convos on the ticket? Do you normally only have one side convo per ticket (if any)? Would you need to see if it's been updated or anything along those lines?

I agree with this feedback. There should be a way to add a column/condition in a view for Side conversations. The following would be helpful:

  • Condition to set in view to filter out tickets that just have a Side Conversation (i.e. Includes Side Conversation)
  • Column in view to indicate if the ticket has Side conversation (Yes/No)
  • Column to indicate the last date the Side conversation was updated and by whom
