Side conversation hides the main conversation

    I would agree.  As well as side conversations covering the main ticket thread when they are opened, their display is cramped and it would be nice to be able to undock/expand them, or open them in separate tabs.

    @... I'm not sure if this helps, but you can quickly minimize the Side Conversation window to view the main ticket conversation by clicking the minimize icon (see screenshot).

    This option was not there when I posted this question, but since it was added, I'm using the minimize option quite a lot :)
