Disable "Suspend User" for agents
I would like my agents to be able to edit customer records - critical for us - but not to suspend users. Right now they are tied together and there is no way to separate those for a role.
They occasionally will accidently suspend a user.

Thanks for sharing your feedback Larry. What kind of edits should an agent be able to make? Are there workarounds you're currently using to make this work? Would love to understand the impact on your team so I can help prioritize this work.

For my team, we need our agents to make the following edits to contacts:
- Name
- Contact info (email, phone number, etc)
- Linked organization(s)
- Merging contacts
There really isn't a workaround. We need our agents to perform these edits so they also have the ability to suspend users.
