    We are having the same issue, can no longer paste columns without clicking and removing the link.

    Same issues. All formatting goes away when trying to copy/paste and noticed third party issue with Grammarly as well

    This is happening for us as well - copy/pasting from a previous post in the ticket removes all line breaks.

    We've also seen occasional lost of line breaks when applying macros, but that hasn't been 100% consistent so far.

    I have the same problem, I was told it was a plugin. What browser are you using? I'm on firefox, but chrome works as normal.

    I deleted my firefox profile and my issue is resolved.

    Having the same issue when trying to copy already formatted text from Word into a message reply in Zendesk. Also, loss of line breaks if copying from a notepad. Seems like the text box is stripping all formatting when pasting. 

    Was working just fine before this week.

    Hi all! 

    This was a known issue back in June-July. Our Developers have released another fix that should resolve this issue where copying/pasting earlier ticket comments would fail to include their line breaks. Please refresh your browser to make sure you're running the latest version of our software and let us know if you're still seeing this issue so that we can look into your specific case more closely.

    Not specific to line breaks and possibly related, (though we did have that issue and found a work around,) but when we use TextExpander to expand text into tickets, multiple asterisks are removed. 

    For example, we might provide an obscured email to a user like obs*****email@email.com. However, when that email is expanded into the ticket the email appears as obs*email@email.com. We would like to be able to expand that into the ticket and retain all the asterisks.
