Restriction on Spreadsheet columns

Hi,

Spreadsheets are squashed up in Zendesk and the format looks strange when we copy and paste loads of tabs (more than 10 columns). We have also enabled Rich Content, but it won't change anything. 

We have also tried using the Tables app, but even this app doesn't allow us to add more than 10 columns.

    Yes, here is the screenshot, the formatting looks strange when we try to copy and paste from excel to Zendesk.
