Can you talk to your Dev Team about that newer Help Bot that pops up every time you click into something new? It is not helpful, it is distracting and really disrupts workflow. Can they please just make it an option if you need help and not make it in your face all the time? It's really terrible.
Z Bot wil pop up like that whenever you have unread messages (the red circles with numbers inside indicate where those are). If you don't have any unread messages, the bot window shouldn't pop up until you get a new message.
Hi Annalisa! Thanks for sharing your feedback - as Dave indicated, the widget pops up when you have an unread notification from Zendesk or Z Bot. Once you click into those conversations and read the update, the widget will no longer proactively pop up.
I wanted to add that we've been hearing some other generally critical sentiment from our user base on this behavior and are planning to change it this month.
