But clicking through a few of the previous topics, Most seem to have been closed with a link to a thread which is now deleted or inaccessible, (e.g.)
We have a system where reports are automatically created by a form emailed in.
(Not something we can currently change)
If several people report the same issue 20 times, those reports will have identical subject heading. For a decade of Zendesk use, we could simple sort by subjects and deal with the same issue all at once. Now we have eyeball the list and see if we can spot the same subject line! Now it ends up just being going through the the list in order and coming across a previously dealt with issue throughout the whole day. It's beyond frustrating.
I don't see any current way around this. Some advice on threads is about finding duplicate tickets, but in this case the tickets aren't duplicate, they would just have the same subject line.
