Is it normal not to see any visitor in the new zendesk chat version test?
I've started the test of the new version of Zendesk chat (Zopim) but cannot see any visitor (while in the old version they are tracked regularly).
Is it normal or this means that the new version is not working properly?
As part of this account upgrade, you will automatically be switched to the unified Web Widget (Classic) experience if you are using the legacy chat snippet. Feature differences between Legacy (Zopim) Chat and Web Widget (Classic) can be found in this help center article.
In order to use the new Web Widget (Classic) following the migration of the chat from the Legacy version to the newer one, it is necessary to complete the upgrade from the button shown on the dashboard homepage.
Once the upgrade is complete, the widget code will appear on the Settings > Widgets > Getting Started page. After that you will need to change the code currently used on your sites from the old Zopim one to the one provided on the dashboard.
