Product feedback: search by email not showing exact result
Hi,
We noticed that when we search by email in Zendesk - system often shows us more than 1 option as search result:
During tests we see that if we perform search by "mail:test@test.com" - system shows us only 1 option:
My request here is to change the search behavior if possible and to show to users only exact search option that they are looking for, as current behavior could be confusing to some users and lead to human errors at the end.

In our organization, searching for end-users by e-mail is a frequent and highly used practice.
I can see such a tweak in the behavior of search as very productive and time saving as agents will not need to manually check each e-mail or add "email:" to locate a specific address.
