Timestamp for Dataset Refreshes

Since dataset refreshes aren't consistent as they happen "randomly within the hour" it would be really helpful to create a timestamp that we can add to reports. 
We have hourly reports, and it often happens that 2 reports in a row will be identical because the data hasn't refreshed. It would give us a clearer picture of the data.
