AI Voice Transcription: Multiple Summaries for one call

Hey ZD Team,
We came across a ticket today that had 3 Call Summaries (see image with 2 of the them), each of the summaries seemed to get more detailed but more or less state the same info.
They were also spaced out across 15 min
First Summary
Second Summary: 10 Min After First
Third Summary: 5 Min After first
There was only 1 call with 1 agent leg

Can you post the same on this page Using generative AI to create call summaries (EAP)? This is to make sure our Product Manager will also have visibility on such feedbacks.
