      James Molina - Confirming Textline integrates with both Zendesk Support and Sell. Thanks so much for pointing out that error in the marketplace listing. Will get that fixed.

      Julia Wilkerson You comment says that textline works with both Support and Sell Zendesk channels.  However, that is not mentioned in the Marketplace app.  Just want to confirm I didn't misread your comment.  Does it work for the Support channel in addition to Sell?

       When I try to install Textline it's sending me to "RO?" Not familiar with that account or login. Would you have any advice for that? Thanks!
