      Very frustrating unfortunately, child tickets are on, side conversations view is toggled on yet still no option to bring these side conversations into a view. Has this been solved yet or has the option been removed entirely?

      1900266202324, I do have Turn on child tickets turned on, yet I do not have an option for Channel is side conversation. 1263082145529 is this still an option? We have loads of side conversations that are not Marked done which I would like to chip away at.

      This only works if you enable Turn on child tickets on the side conversations page. Very frustrating if you don't want to enable this functionality but still want a view.

      Also the screenshot shows Status is Solved but the article says Status is Open. What is correct?

      I don't have the option for channel in my views. Was this option taken away?
