Opening up "has attachment" as a trigger/automation condition

We'd love to be able to target tickets that have an attachment. This would streamline internal workflows by removing uncessary processing at the Zendesk stage. Thanks!

Adding my +1 to this request. "Attachment - exists / doesn't exist" should be an option natively within Zendesk.

Our use case is simple: a specific form requires the addition of an attachment for the request to be fulfilled. If the ticket is submitted without an attachment, we want to trigger an email to the requester asking them for the attachment.

+1, I need this for a project. We need our users to send us a photo. If the attachment does not exist we need to notify them automatically.

This would be really useful, we have a problem where we are auto forwarding emails and want to identify emails that have attachments specifically of type tiff image, when this is true do something with the ticket. Seems a simple enough thing I would have thought this would be pretty standard

Would love for this feature to exist. We have a solid use case to detect attachments (they are time-sensitive). Would love to see this as a new feature/ field available in triggers and automations soon.

Any updates on getting this functionality in place?  Seems odd that this tag doesn't exist as soon as the ticket is created and we have a new business need to redirect traffic to certain teams based on attachments existing or not.
