Submit a Request - Tracking Events

We want our users to use the submit a request button on our help centre as the primary method of raising tickets.

 

We were interested to know if there was any way of connecting a ticket that has been raised to the article that the user was reading when they clicked 'submit a request'?

 

Is this possible? I've been advised by your support team that it is not, but to raise it here for discussion.

Hi Sam,

This might not help your instance but if you have Zendesk Chat implemented you are able to see from which page the user open the chat message.
