Side conversation: moving it from ticket text

At the moment, when you want to start a side conversation it gets placed on top of the ticket text. You have the option to minimize it in order to look at the ticket text, but it would be really helpful to move it somewhere else (for instance, the right side), so you can both see the ticket text and work on the side conversation.

    Hi Manuel. We are working on migrating side conversations to the context panel on the right side. It's a pretty big move, so we don't yet have an exact date for rollout, but the work is underway.
