ticket object : via_id and via property is not working as expected In post request

When we try to create Ticket with via_id or via property by adding different channel type provided hear we see that this property is not reflected in the the API response. E.g if we pass via_id : 0 ideal as per the above documentation we should get via_channel = "web_form" but we get the value as "api"
please check the attach screenshot for reference when we tried with via_id property:

Generally, it is not possible to set the via_type when creating or updating a ticket via the API. There are specific circumstances where this is possible (i.e when dealing with the Talk channel) but generally, you won't be able to change the channel whether you're using the via_id or via_type.
