Can I customize columns in "Requested tickets" in end user profile view?

I would like to add the "Channel" column as shown in the screenshot below. Is this possible?
Use case:
I want the agents to quickly see if the customer recently called us (inbound calls), or if we recently had any missed calls from them.
We're on a Team Support plan.
