Logging time into Tickets
Somewhat new to ZD. Have used other systems and we had our technicians start a timelog when they work on a ticket, put in their notes and closed the log. So at the end of the day, week etc we could see how much time was logged into the tickets. Average time spent on tickets and to be able to get a better idea of what the techs are doing throughout the day.
Is there an app that does it or something built in?

It sounds like the Time Tracking app might be what you're looking for. There is also the Ticket Metrics API that you can use to pull the data, as well.

The reviews on it don't look very good.
With TigerPaw CRM, (roughly) we clicked 'start a timelog', enter a reason, put in some notes and enter the end time.
