Enhancement Request - Allow editing of CSAT Ratings Page UI
While we can edit the CSAT ratings automation, we are unable to edit the actual CSAT ratings page beyond selecting some different answers. We request the ability to natively/administratively adjust the CSAT ratings page. If the code for this page could be served within the Guide as customizable for each brand widget (while still not requiring sign in), we could access and adjust.
Business need: The ability to adjust the CSAT ratings page and to customize for each brand easily within the Zendesk platform.
Business impact: We would love the ability to adjust the automation to have a different placeholder within the CSAT request automation and have this be reflected in the CSAT ratings page. We'd also like to make them theme adjustments to the CSAT ratings page to reflect a unified UI with brand color choices etc. Consistent branding is important to our company.
Current workaround: There is none.

I have good news, we are actively working on CSAT improvements. You will be able to configure the CSAT question and customize the survey to align with your brand. You can expect to see some new functionality at the end of 2023.
