Issue with implementing Android SDK

hi everyone, I am having troubles with using the android SDK; when opening the RequestActivity in the ticket support system, any message I send I always get "Message failed, please try again" with no exception or anything to debug it by, I am using the correct values for oauth client id / config url / app id.
