Sales Rep Complaint

I dont see a Topic specificly for this, but hopefully this gets routed to the correct person or department.
I am very frustrated with the lack of a response from your sales rep markus.heim@zendesk.com. We worked together over the last few months getting squared away with a new Zendesk contract and once we signed the contract, he has been non-responsive with some setup questions we have. We are blocked on moving forward and had I known it was going to be like this, I would have never signed the contract. At this point, we will not be renewing next year based on our terrible experience.
