FEATURE: The reply/note switch shortcut doesn't set focus to textboxConcluída
When using the keyboard shortcuts to switch between a public reply and an internal note, the keyboard focus is not set to the textboxes. In fact, if you've already clicked into either/both boxes and then use the keyboard shortcut to toggle back and forth and back and forth, the focus is lost and set outside the text boxes.
This causes additional work to start typing in the textbox by either using your mouse to click into the box or using the tab button a number of times.
If I'm switching to the public reply field, it's because I want to start writing my response. So, the behavior I expect is to set focus to the text boxes when switching between public replies and internal notes.
