Need help
RespondidaI've been searching articles and resources for over 2 hours and can't find a simple answer to my question. This has become very frustrating! I used to be able to have a live chat with a Zendesk agent, but I can't seem to do this anymore. There is no phone number to call. Automating this system is in total conflict with your initial concept of connecting to end users on the channel we choose to communicate on. I would really just like to speak with someone - please!!!
It will be interesting to see how you respond to this and how fast.

Hey Charles! Apologies for the frustration. There have been a few changes to the way users can access support recently, and phone support is limited to customers on specific service level plans.
