Need Image and hyperlink Support for Slack-Zendesk Integration
RespondidaWe have the integration with Zendesk for Slack, which allows us to create tickets in our Zendesk instance. What appears to be missing though is the ability to include images and hyperlinks that were included within the initial message. It appears the ticket form that pops up only allows you to se set requester, assignee group, and pre-populates the message text....but does NOT include the image and hyperlinks from the post.
This means if we turn a Slack message into a Zendesk ticket, we have to follow up after to copy/attach images and links from the Slack message into the Zendesk ticket manually. This is even more of a pain point because Zendesk does not support copy/paste images in-line to ticket comments (when secure attachments is enabled).
Slack and/or Zendesk should add the capability to include the images and hyperlinks from the Slack message into the pop up ticket form.

CC @... for visibility. This has turned into a desired workflow to parlay Slack messages into tickets. However, this major limitation is a hindrance to making that happen effectively as we can't pull in complete messages into a ticket.
