Accessibility UI Options

We've recently had an agent struggling with the brightness of the UI in Zendesk, with out needing to change the look on the instance for everyone it'd be great to have some accessibility options to make it easier for other users.

Dark mode would probably be a great option for this particular user but i'm sure there'd be other work arounds available as well

Thank you for your post, my name is Remi and I will be glad to share some knowledge on that!

There is no native option for dark mode in Support. However, there are third-party extensions available depending on your browser. Here are some examples :
- Chrome dark mode for Zendesk Support.
- Mozilla dark mode for Zendesk Support.
Also, please, bear in mind that according to your OS, you can also adjust the brightness :
- Change screen brightness in Windows 10.
- Change your Mac display’s brightness.
