More information about your business goal/workflow that requires you to have this need and what impact not having it has on your business would be really helpful so that when we go to Product to advocate for your needs, we have the full picture.

    @... Did you hear from Jon?  I am also looking into the possibilities of a "task" feature for deployment. Is this something that Zendesk is looking into?  Please advise.

    Corretto Jon, anche a me manca molto la possibilità di filtrare i task con smart list per verificare e riprogrammare nel futuro i task scaduti recentemente.

    Avanti Zendesk, i meccanismi sono già pronti, un piccolo sforzo, please!!

    I am also in need of this! I checked out Sweet Hawk as well, but instead I am trying to do a bunch of configuring with side conversation tickets, but triggers don't recognize the different options (email, ticket) and we do not use slack.
