Change Ticket Tab <title> to be more useful!

Hi,

We often have dozens of Chrome tabs open with different tickets. They all say "BigSIS - Agent" which is useless! It would be so much more helpful if they had the ticket number and/or subject at the beginning of the page (tab) <title>.

I often open the tabs from my Gmail inbox, so I have many open. But even within a single tab, you can have multiple Zendesk subtabs. You change the Url when I flip between them, so you could change the titles, too.

I would love for this to be a setting you enable so that we can use it.

Hello,

same concern with mine. It would be better if we can change the tab title with Ticket ID and Subject Title.

It is easier to identify the case you need to work on, especially if you opened a lot of tabs already.

It would also be useful if Zendesk offered a Chrome extension that would allow for ticket links opened outside of the existing Zendesk UI to join into the same Zendesk browser tab.

The idea that Zendesk has a single tab for tickets is quite misleading when tickets are more frequently opened from outside of the UI.
