New Agent Workspace - Public / PrivateRespondida
We have just started using the new Agent Workspace. So far it looks good. I have one request. With the old interface I used to advise that agents write the customer email as a Private Comment until happy with the content and then switch to Public to send it. This to make sure a message was not sent to the customer too soon. I notice that this is no longer possible. When switching between Private and Public comments the Private Message does not pass through. Is it possible to bring this feature back please?

The current setup also does not seem to serve a purpose.
Because it would be beneficial when we could include both a public and a private comment with one submit. Alas, this does not seem to be the case.
So, please Zendesk, could you bring back the 'old' feature?
