  I agree that it would be nice to have some administrator functionality in the mobile app, but I can't see how that would be easy to use. There just aren't that many administrator tasks that would be easy to do in the palm of my hand.

  Does anyone remember the zendesk mobile app prior to rebranding? They had a bunch of reports available. For some reason that functionality was taken away. There could have been a few more additions. Remove an agent, suspend an agent, add an agent. Would have been perfect.
