I have mutiple social media accounts under one brand. In this moment is impossible to see which social media account does the ticket was created from. So I have to made additonal questions to my customer to know the info. Right now info shows like this
Different are in the cases of email, because you can see the email address.
Thank you for writing in. That's a fair point. We do have surfacing the integration name ie social media account to the ticket on our roadmap.
