We are transitioning to the web form, away from email for ticket creation purposes. Both internal and external stakeholders miss the ability to insert images inline with text as well as text formatting (from simple changes in font type and style to list types, quoting etc.) which is done seamlessly in an email client.
Zendesk web form currently does not support such formatting nor inserting inline images. What is more, API does not have this capability either, meaning custom web form is out of the question as well.
Question for Zendesk team: Is this something on your radar? If not, could you please consider implementing this feature to increase user-friendliness and boost the user experience.
Question for fellow Community members: do you have any workarounds/hints on this?
