    We just released the display of To's & CC's information under each email message. Hope this helps solve the need. Please let us know if you have any additional feedback. Thanks!

    Our company has just switched over, and noticed this major inconvenience, which does not appear on the information pages about the new workspace. You can't easily see the recipients of emails neither received nor sent! We cannot decently ask our agents to work by displaying events, especially on tickets with several dozen exchanges. We will therefore unfortunately go back to the old version of the workspace
