We would like the ability to prevent agents in certain groups from seeing specific tickets assigned to other groups.
This would help us as a lot of our teams work hand in hand with one another, whereas other teams (who we cannot currently onboard) need the ability for them to only see tickets within their group.
The main reason is because a lot of their work revolves around sensitive data. The agents within the group, however, would be able to see other tickets in other groups (Unless other groups had the same functionality turned on in theirs).
Admins would be able to see which groups have it turned on/off.
